As of now.. no, gonna enjoy the fuck out of it this season and just try to wheel it as much as possible. If something crazy happens and I grenade both axles catastrophically then maybe lol.

Yeah, the one time I got towed to Mabell the tow rig blew the water pump at Stans and I had to drive the Jeep the rest of the way there anyway lol. Dennis and I have a trailer that he keeps at his place so that's taken care of.

Also picking up the metal tomorrow to do my bump stops, and found some 13" travel KYB shocks that are only ~14" collapsed so I'm gonna make brackets for the front mounts and my shocks will be set. Not Bilsteins, but helluva lot cheaper and won't have to worry much at all about bottoming it out

Once the LA lift is in I have to measure up for new shocks. I want to get a good set. I had gotten a cheap set of shocks from RC 2 1/2 years ago, didn't fair to well.

I want to get a good set, but the front is damned if ya do damned if you don't. I'm only lifted about 3.5" in front, and the shortest bilsteins I could find with the same 11" travel as my crappy shocks I had were 17" collapsed (so i got them). Problem is I only have ~1" of shaft at ride height, can't see exactly with the damn boot on there but either way it's not enough, need a little more up travel than that. I don't want to lift any more, and there's nothing I can really do to spread the mounting points without major major work, so the cheapies are gonna have to cut it for the time being. Unless they are just so bad that I can't deal with it, then something will have to be done

    Cuz why not

Stiffeners coming up. Jeeps gonna be a fucking beast now. I'm not gonna put the bumper back on, I'll just make a tow hook bracket on each side so I have something for trailfest and maybe a winch mount but probably not, that's too intricate for the time I don't have. Already need to do trackbar lol. I may try to push my axle forward like an inch, I have to see if I have enough adjustment in all of my shit, but the approach angle would be gorgeous.

Fuckin beasted at trailfest. Rear locker made a world of difference, and it feels more solid with the stiffeners. Made it over that section I pussed out on at Go Topless, but it crunched my right rear quarter lol. I was (as always) all over my fucking belly though, I need to find something to do about that. Might grab some 1" pucks, I'm sure the stiffener weight doesn't help. Even though the winch/bumper is like 140-150lbs. I need bigger tires.. maybe when my rear axle decides to explode
